~ harrison howard SALE

Boy do I have some good news for you! After all the excitement with my new Ira Yeager painting, I got a nice little surprise email from my friend Harrison Howard with some great news! Apparently, Harrison Howard, another favorite artist of mine, is having a SALE!

One of my very early posts was on Harrison Howard's Chinoiserie prints... (HERE) I was just smitten over these charming prints and loved putting the post together... a reminder that some day, I might need a pair! I contacted Harrison while writing the post, and I must say he is one of the kindest people I've ever met!

So, upon finding out about the sale, I spent a fair amount of time searching my home for some wall space because:
1. I have had Harrison Howard prints on my house list for a while,
2. The prints are for sale, and
3. I don't have very much wall space left in my house and a search is necessary if I am looking to hang something.

So, I think I have identified a spot in my home where a pair of Harrison Howard Chinoiserie prints would be a wonderful addition... The hard part will be choosing which two!

Let's review the charming images, shall we?

I also think the shell motif prints are absolutely fantastic, but I just am not sure about putting shells up in Omaha...

There are just so many options! I've got some thinking to do!

Visit Harrison Howard's website HERE to see the entire collection. If you too have admired Harrison Howard's work, have considered purchasing, are looking for holiday ideas, or have just decided you can't live another day without one, now is the time! Take advantage of that 25% OFF!

Love his work! I have a print of the Whaling Bar at the La Valencia in La Jolla over my fireplace! I grew up there and when we moved I wanted a reminder of my beautiful city...his work fit the bill perfectly! We have visited his gallery on Prospect many times!

Oops! After reading his bio I see that it was his father that painted the images of the Whaling Bar. I adore his painting of Scripps Park...may have to check on purchasing a print. Thanks for sharing.

I think it is commendable that you are promoting artists. Since there are precious few "Medici" to support the arts in this economy, it is great that you are giving artists a boost.

Gorgeous....cannot wait to hear what you get and where you put them. Agree about the me they work best being near the ocean. Good luck, they are all stunning!

I've been a big fan of Harrison Howard's for awhile. I need to post his sale on FB. I had a blog I was already working on, so I went with that--equestrian style. How is your sister in law? I've enjoyed speaking with her.
