Recently we attended a beautiful birthday party downtown at a favorite restaurant, The Flatiron Cafe, here in Omaha. I thought the flowers, done by local designer Aaron Carlson, were fabulous!

I love the interesting runner, and the roses are beautiful. I have never used them for Christmas, but in the photos for our post today (the governor's mansion at Christmas), there are some roses in use also.
