~ english traditions

Just loved visiting this adorable shop in Naples last week. English Traditions has special antiques sprinkled about the store, along with reproductions and new accessories. They have beautiful fabrics, lovely furniture, and I fell in love with several charming things... if only I had any room in my home for additions.
Hopefully you do! Here are a few snapshots to give you an idea of the beauty and charm...

Such a lovely shop filled with lovely things!

Out of the many things I wanted to call my own, I chose the thing that I wanted the most, the small green confit pot, and went with that.

I knew it would be a charming addition to my existing ensemble.

And indeed it is.
If you see something here you'd like to inquire about, call the shop!
Visit the website hereAnd for heaven's sake, if you are in Naples, do stop in!

Have a wonderful weekend!

I will be missing my daughter Hillary who turns 22 on Easter Sunday. She is so beautiful on the inside and out and I love her so much!

Happy Birthday Hillary!

Just the chandeliers and candles are enough to hook me, but there is so much here.

I would of had to fight you for those green pots. Love them! But, if I lost the fight - I would go for the dog bookends. I think they are so fun and quirky! Have a great Easter! Missi

A special happy birthday to your daughter. Also, to you, her MOM :)... so 22 years ago you were working hard to get her into the world. :)

With Kindness,
One of my sisters had a birthday as sometime after becoming a mom herself. She gave our mom roses!!! So that is why i wish you a very happy day also!
