~ summer walk

I am trying to love early morning walks. Mostly, I would rather be sleeping, but it just gets too hot during the day to get a good walk in and enjoy it. I have found that if I can get myself out of bed and out the door, I am always happy I did so. I never regret my workout after it's over!

Remember the bunnies ate all my impatiens? They seemed to have filled back in!

I do appreciate the beauty on my walk... so much better than a treadmill!

Well you said it, much better than a treadmill. Your photos are much better than watching a flat TV on a cold treadmill day in January.

If I had that kind of view, I might walk much more often, just beautiful.

I always walk first thing in the morning! Roll out of bed at 6:30 and just GO. You know, sometimes by noon I can't even remember if I went walking that day!!! I agree, early morning is the best time to do it!
Up North I used to go out at 6AM, in the dark of winter, and run into the deer.... now that was a little eerie and off-putting!
