~ christmas dishes 2012

So excited to show you my new dishes. My friend Susie at Borsheims hooks me up like no other. I had been eyeing these Juliska dishes for some time, and being the gift-giving/gift-receiving season, it seemed appropriate to revisit the idea of new dinnerware. I asked Susie about them, and lo and behold, she located 12 place settings just in time for my Christmas dinner. I was so inspired, I actually had a dinner party the Saturday night before Christmas! Feast your eyes...

The dishes looked great for Christmas dinner as well, and the flowers a la Whole Foods? So easy peasy!

Did you get dinner plates or chargers? I like larger plates. Love the bone handled flatware as it is perfect for your table with these plates. I love dinner plates at Christmas that don't scream Christmas plates in red and green. These are fabulous and great the entire year as well. I think I have the same green napkins of they are Le Jacquard Francais. Lovely table. Fabulous mirror also. Thanks for inviting us all in to your home.

Stunning! Your whole table setting looks great. I am in the process of collecting the Juliska Boxwood and Bow pattern. Just bought the bowl from Borsheims's. It will be time consuming as they don't make it anymore. But I figure all good things come to those who wait :) Happy New Year!

Oh, how pretty! Your table has that Alberto Pinto flair to it! Your new dishes are gorgeous, and I love the flatware you selected. The shape of the knives is very unique. I really like that mirror above that chest, too...the one with the white rose arrangement on it. Really pretty! And I can see the gorgeous chandelier in the reflection!!! Beautiful! I hope your party was a grand success, and I wish you a very happy new year! (Visiting from Susan's TT.)
