~ antlers and shopping in vail

Vail was a fabulous place to be for that magical time between Christmas and New Year's Day... a charming Winter Wonderland. Although the temperature was a bit cold for my taste, hot tea and cider seemed to do the trick. (Along with full-on winter dress including mittens, scarves, hats, boots, and a 700 layers.)
We stay at the Tivoli Lodge during the holiday season as it is so conveniently located and the price is right. Love the fireplace in the lobby...

Antlers are everywhere in Vail...

Gorsuch is famous for offering up antique versions.
They are charming. And they are expensive!

Love the colored stemware...

Charming candy dishes...

Want this pillow...

More gorgeous colored stemware...

perfect for my collection

with the exception of the price tag.

Charming surprises around every turn...

Another beautiful shop facade...

More shopping in Vail coming up!

I have spent a lot of time in Vail and just love it. Especially over the holidays. Beano's Cabin and Sweet Basil are my favorites! xx
