So happy to finally have my Harrison Howard prints framed and hung. Super charming and perfect with this wallpaper!
A few plants from the grocery store always help with the mood of my house...
The Harrison Howard prints took the place of these lovelies... Love these much better in the hallway to my Master bedroom...
Here's a funny story. See the adorable MacKenzie-Childs teapot on my stove top?
It is super charming - from their newest line, Aurora, celebrating their 30th birthday...
Although I do make green tea daily, the real reason it's sitting there is to hide a little accident I had while cooking...
I had water boiling for pasta on the back burner (which I don't use very often apparently) and I kept smelling fire... My husband finally heard me asking about the smell, or smelled the smell himself, and discovered the small fire at the bottom of my MacKenzie-Childs wooden tray.
The teapot looks silly sitting in the middle, but I'm not replacing that darn tray. It's like the millionth thing I've had in this spot. I'm waiting until I find an awesome antique weather vane which will probably be never because they are so rare and super expensive.
I will wait and continue the hunt, and in the mean time cute new teapot will cover up fire damaged tray.

Love the framed prints...beautiful and that teapot is gorgeous too. Don't you love the way plants and flowers make you feel? They always give me a lift even during the winter blues....and I too am so over winter. ANOTHER snowstorm coming today.....ugh!!!!!!!
Gorgeous prints, perfect for your home. I think your teapot is adorable and looks fine sitting there. I also love the MC tray. I think you could probably sand off a light layer where it burned, and cover it with a matching paint. Problem solved and you save a bundle so you don't have to buy that expensive weathervane. The more I look, I think the burn gives the tray an antique look! Glad the fire didn't get out of hand!

Harrison's prints are perfect with the wallpaper, so pretty. You can sand the burned part of the checked tray and add more gold leaf paint easily.
Thank goodness for grocery store flowers and plants. The house feels stale without them. Can't wait for spring, no visible signs of it yet but I know it is coming!
Wow, you are on top of things. I just saw the new line in the catalog last week, and you already have a piece sitting on your cooktop. Lightening fast shopper! '-)
Sorry to see the damage on that beautiful tray. It does look great hanging on the wall there.
Wishing you some springtime weather soon.......Sarah
I adore your new prints and the new Mackenzie Childs pattern is wonderful - love the teapot!!
