~ the most amazing garden tour ever

Driving through Salt Lake City on a cloudy day over Easter weekend, we passed by the most spectacular display of spring flowers. The flowers kept going and going and we thought it must be the SLC Botanical Gardens. Finally we parked and walked through what turned out to be Temple Square, home of the Latter-day Saints Temple. Let me tell you, these people are serious about gardening. Join me on this amazing garden tour.. Truly, I've never seen anything like it.

Absolutely immaculate and stunning… the perfect way to spend a cloudy April Saturday!

Wow! How exquisite! I was oohing & awing over the beautiful colors, so fresh & alive, after the winter doldrums, & then came to those amazing pollarded trees (the ones with the knobbly branches). Wow again!

I'm so glad you got so many pictures. Thanks for sharing!

Wow! That was amazing! I am always in SLC in the winter headed up to Deer Valley and so snow is the only thing on tour!

Incredible! This rivals Dallas Blooms at the Dallas Arboretum. Spectacular photo, Jan. Thank you for taking these to share with us. I wish just one small bed in my garden could look this colorful and full of blooming variety. Wow!

The colors are magnificent! I gained inspiration from the photo of the forsythia with the multicolor bulbs underneath. I just planted 2 forsythia bushes at my new home and can't wait to put some colorful bulbs around them! Beautiful photos and thanks for sharing.
