~ inspired home: mimi

SO excited to share this beautiful home with you! Mimi and I have similar loves when it comes to design. French country antiques, beautiful textiles, and charming collections are all things we are attracted to. In fact, we are a dangerous pair when shopping ~ crashing into each other as we are heading for the same things. I have been dying to get some photos to document this awesome display of french country gorgeousness… You are in for a real treat!

Absolutely adore this wallpaper!
(An old Summer Hill Ltd ~ discontinued)

To the right is the living room...

My favorite room in the house is the kitchen.
Love that Pierre Frey fabric so much!

To the left at the entry, is the dining room…

There are magnificent hallways throughout the home..
I would die for these dream display cabinets!

The great room is chock full of gorgeous collections!

I couldn't stop taking pics of this vignette… Just love it!

Many of the pieces in Mimi's home are from the Lauritzen Gardens Antique & Garden Show held in Omaha, Nebraska. If you haven't already planned your trip, mark your calendar for September 17-21, and visit the website here to purchase tickets. An inspiring weekend for all who attend…

Thank you Mimi! You are an inspiration to me and I adore your style! Thank you for sharing all this loveliness with my readers… I am constantly getting email requests for more inspired homes, and this will be a favorite I'm sure!

And the winner of the pillow from 6 Wilson is

Jan - You're right; this home is wonderful! If I were touring it, I would be on sensory overload. There are so many beautiful things everywhere. I love the dogs, the blue and white, the MacKenzie-Childs, the red front door, the vignettes...the list goes on and on. Thank you and Mimi for sharing this beautiful home.
