~ even more mignon :)

This will be the final installment of Mignon's house, so enjoy every minute!

One of my favorite things about Mignon's house is the color palette. Although I pride myself on using color with confidence, I am also drawn to and adore the softer pastels Mignon uses throughout her home.

The artwork and rugs are key sources of color and although they are soft and pretty, they make quite a statement...

Her bedroom is heavenly...
The bed is so smart... modern and sophisticated.

The master bath is awesome...

I love this painting!

A guest bedroom...

Another bedroom... I love her daybeds!

Each bedroom is serene and peaceful. I felt like tiptoeing upstairs. Everything is perfectly placed, and there is no excess. I need to clean my house! Immediately! Love this kind of inspiration!

I adore the new modern kitchen Mignon designed and planned...

Again, the mix of modern and antique is perfect...

This is outside at the entry to the first floor...

And this is the hallway upon entering...

That mirror is so amazing...

The media room downstairs.

Yet another gorgeous antique mirror...

I am so thankful to Mignon for inviting me into her elegant home, and allowing me to take about two million photos :) I adore this house. I am in love with the color palette and her antiques are absolutely stunning. I was especially taken with Mignon's placement of her carefully chosen accessories, and the clean lines and soft color choices of the inspired decor. Upon returning to my home, I was overcome with a new energy to clean, organize and edit. I've been at it for a week and it feels so good! Thank you Mignon!

See you at the Nashville Antique Show!

~ more mignon

Let's move on to the dining room!

I love the paintings of her children, especially this one over the front door...

The white satin drapery? Dying.

They are lined with black and white felt and are the definition of luxurious...

Hallway from dining room to living room... The satin drapery continues!

Closer shots of the portraits ~ precious!

Looking back towards the dining room from the living room...

Love the simplicity of the table setting...

Hallway to power room...

The powder room is a pale pink lacquer, and is amazing...

Here you can see the charming courtyard out front inspired by Place des Vosges in Paris...

View of the dining room from the kitchen...

Some of the most elegant and exquisite antiques I've ever laid eyes on live in this dining room. The drapery look positively dreamy in the mirror reflection!

Even more coming up!
