I guess it has come to this. I am officially a snowbird, a term my parents consistently use when complaining about traffic and restaurant reservations during the months of December - March. I am ok with this judgment and I have thoroughly enjoyed spending the majority of the winter months in Naples this year. I think my parents also enjoy the fact that I am so close by. It has been especially fun this past week as they just got a new lab puppy named Remy. She is precious.

Last year I was busy planning and waiting. I am still waiting for wallpaper in both bathrooms, as well as our master closet. All will be finished soon enough. . .

It is a very small space, but I swear I could not be happier when I am down here. Even if itโ€™s cloudy or rainy, it is like heaven on earth. Everywhere I look, it is happy and cheerful.

As I have mentioned in several past posts, Jett Thompson and her team helped me put everything together. This chair and fabric is one of my favorite things she came up with. I adore working with them!!

I canโ€™t believe how lush the vegetation is, and what a contrast it is from Omaha in the winter! Here are a few pics from my instagram stories. . .
