Shellegance Shell-f
As many of you know, I have been selling Lucie deMoyencourt’s shells for years. I have sold hundreds of these charming, unique, hand-painted shells - maybe thousands? I have dabbled in selling her kitchen towels and magnets, and am excited to share I have a small selection of Shell-f Wall Sconces from Bofred - also located in South Africa.
I absolutely love them. The modern sculptural wall sconces are designed by Bofred, made from solid wood and finished in a high-gloss sheen, paired with a timeless Shellegance Shell handpainted by Lucie, of course!
The perfect accent for a hallway, a pair to anchor artwork, or even mixed in a collection of Lucie’s wall shells.
They are wired for South Africa, so they would need to be rewired for the US if lighting is the ultimate goal. I believe any electrician could do this. Or, they are stunning just as they are, unlit and just sitting pretty! You could even put a votive behind on a patio… Or flowers?! There are many ways to use them in a design project.
