To celebrate my 60th birthday, we traveled to London and stayed at the charming Knightsbridge Hotel by Kit Kemp. Come inside two of her beautiful Firmdale Hotels, explore the colorful interiors, and see why I'm completely obsessed with her fearless approach to decorating.

With no schedule or timeline, I surprise and delight with an unexpected delivery of shells, just like the ocean! Really, it’s Lucie who gets the credit, and I am just lucky enough to share the excitement!

Although I spent most of the winter in Florida this year, I still long for spring the minute I get home. Omaha experienced some frigid temps these last few months, plus a blizzard with winds bringing in sand from another storm. The exterior of our house was left with sort of a film of mud. We are happy about the rainy weekend and hoping for a good rinse!

After the rush of the holidays, the shop slows down a bit and I am able to take inventory and begin to think about looking for new items for the shop. I thought I would check in here and share some of the new artists and a bit more about their work. I really am so thrilled about how the shop has progressed into a gallery of curated favorites of mine.
